Occupation: Farmer (supposed) and Deputy Sheriff

Military: Listed as a member of Capt. James Brown's Company of Kentucky Mounted Volunteers, "mustered in at the Rapids of the Ohio June 15, 1791" for U.S. Army service against the Wiaw Indians, under the command of Brig. Gen. Charles Scott.
