This web site is dedicated to the diverse ancestry of Emelia Jeanne Campbell, the daughter of Tad David Campbell and Rachelle Marie Bursheim.
Emelia's family history is quite varied, with roots that include 20th century immigrants through Ellis Island, 19th century combatants on both sides of the American Civil War, 18th century patriots of the American Revolution, and 17th century Pilgrims aboard the Mayflower.
Many countries make up the origins of Emelia's family, including: Sweden, Norway, Scotland, England, Ireland, Germany, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Canada, and of course the United States of America.
Her ancestors came from all walks of life. There were planters, pilots, preachers and pirates; teachers, tavern keepers, and turners; farmers, farriers, fisherman, and factory workers; lumberlacks, lawyers, and laborers.
It is to the hard work, daring and perseverance of Emelia's ancestors that this web site is dedicated.
