- Farmer, artist, and photographer. Confederate Civil War Veteran (Sergeant, Company B, 6th Kentucky Cavalry). Rode with Brig. Gen. John Hunt Morgan, captured at Buffington Island during Morgan's Ohio Raid (19 Jul 1863), and spent rest of the war as POW at Camp Douglas in Chicago, IL.
- Issue: Rosa Belle King, Fannie Miller King, Charles S. King, John Samuel King, & Peyton Jackson "Pate" King.
